“Basically, I believe this to be the Starbucks in the heart ofTimes Square. Very convenient location, also because it's open 24 hours. (Absolutely the place to be for 2019 New Year, spectacular celebrations in Times Square, to see the ball drop. If you go outside, and look up facing southward, you can already see the lighted Led Ball, changing colors of illumination.) Of course, I greatly appreciate and love Starbucks, because their coffee is (most of the time) extremely well brewed. In the traditional excellence of Italian and French, premier cafes. However, once in a while, you do run into a barista, who does need additional training in making an exceptional cup of coffee. Unfortunately, that was evident at this location, perhaps because they are extremely busy. Hey, obviously because, it is Times Square, one of the busiest areas of the cross roads of the world. “I don't know what happened to the staff, but the staff over the holidays were much better than the ones I saw today. First off, there were two people at one register so I wasn't sure who to speak to and they were both seemingly zoned out or in a conversation with a coworker. Them getting my name wrong isn't a shock, however, I had ordered a strawberry creme frappe with oat milk and a smoked Gouda with bacon. They messed up the order, I ended up getting my drink with almond milk and they didn't ask if I still wanted the whipped cream in it so that came out tasting weird, and I didn't even get a smoked Gouda, I got a regular bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I don't know what's going on but please get whoever staff was there in order.”

“Amazing people and great coffee. Although the lines were long and it took time to fill my order. It was so worth it. The people are sweet and very welcoming. They are very clean and take the time to do their best job. I always love going here because they are sweet and have a nice building to go to. They don't mix up orders they have great service and help you with anything. They can fulfill any request and are adaptive to any need. They take the time to ask what you need or want and fulfill it with glad hearts. I go here all the time with friends and they live it too. I highly recommend going here. They are expensive but it is so worth it does treat.”

“I usually try to go to the smaller mom and pop coffee shops but was short on time. Just stopped by here and was greeted & taken care of by Destiny. She was so personable, present, respectful, and attentive! I felt comfortable asking her about the drink details and she was very polite and caring. Definitely left with a good impression and my pumpkin spice Latte was also nicely made. (I had asked for a few adjustments so I'm happy it was no problem). Definitely will return! 5 star customer service! :) Update 9/27/20 : The cashier, Destiny, greeted me by name and even remembered my order! I was so pleasantly surprised! “Starbucks is so far my first choice for coffee at any city I visit. No matter where I am, I always find a Starbucks store and have my drink everyday. This Starbucks location is generally busy for being in Time Square, however the staff is very competent taking orders and preparing the drinks and food. The line is not that long. I didn't really spend so much time making the line. Also the treat is undeniable good. Regarding the food quality I think all locations are pretty much the same, reason why I never change my coffee choice. Starbucks is everywhere and good overall”

“This is a great place! As someone who often comes to NYC, the energy is always high and I have to get where I’m going and out but sometimes I wanna stop for something to eat and drink. This StarBucks was a godsend in comfortability because of how friendly the people at the front were about serving my drinks. It wasn’t too crowded when I went either so it was really a few minutes of waiting and then I was on my way back to New Jersey. God bless and I hope to return again someday.”
